I tried again and was disappointed with crooked fingernails and poorly applied polish. The lady doing my manicure stopped mid-service because her next appointment arrived. He tried saying it was already like that, I let him know it was definitely was not like that and that he did it. The lady told me my skin was dry. It's my first time having a pedicure done in Dubuque in 5 years. I live in Colorado and it is December.

I have came here many times. The lady that did my nails were good though and everyone was nice. Their busy as you might expect because the price isn't going break you. They use a tool that makes it much more effective and less tickly. The owner did my nails and when I got home it became apparent that he did at least one coat less than on my toenails, because they were noticeably lighter.

It's clean, the people are very accommodating, and they know what they're doing. Not even sure if it deserves that one star. I've never had that done before, and she went so far down I'm pretty sure she filed in to my nail bed. Only downside was that one of the ladies had their toe cut during the pedicure and caused discomfort for the reminder of the day. In addition, she was easy to talk to, even though at the beginning her associate was talking to her and I was talking to my friend, but eventually we talked and it was nice talking to her. This place has a good selection of colors, shellac colors, and acrylic tip powders.
