Shipping confirmation email is sent always once your order is ready for pick up by the shipping company, this email also includes all necessary tracking info. . I understand our customer support has been in contact with you via email to sort this out. Shipping was extremely fast although Christmas time , good price due to Christmas sales, since Muuto offers no discounts and precise and careful packed. A very happy repeat customer.

A few years later, products from all over Scandinavia were added to the selection based on customer needs. I only recommend this shop, really no worries. They traditionally offers some great deals, but it will require membership, which can reduce your savings financially if you're not already a member.

I've emailed customer service for Finnish Design twice without a response. We are working very hard to keep up with estimated delivery dates and resolving the delay in support replies. Washing up items that was part of the package was not included as they failed to include this and after accepting this they told me they would not send it later as promised. My order has not been updated since then. I will never buy from them again. Due to review i was considering this shop whether to buy or not. Please don't trust this shop.

We were previously known as Scandinavian Design Center. . I do not recommend ordering from them. Also they can't be installed in the american electrical boxes. We are continuously working towards lower shipping costs, unfortunately at this point all items are shipped from Finland. Today, they have loyal customers in more than 100 countries and regions, and they are constantly increasing. Following on from my 1 Star review and my absolute frustration with Finnish Design shop regarding a lamp that i had ordered, it is only fair to now add a further more positive review which is all thanks to Ilona who battled through and sorted all the problems i had and resolved the situation.

The packaging of the box was damaged, the post office has recommended not to collect but I get no response in how to deal with this from Finish Design as they claim it is not damaged although I have sent them the delivery note stating this. I bought some items, a bed spread, a set of washing up items from Hay. Have a good Shopping at finnishdesignshop. I immediately notified Finnish Design Shop with photo's.
Because of the ongoing Holiday season our Customer Support is facing high volume of inquiries but each one will be answered. I had recently experience with purchase via Finnish Design Shop. In the beginning, they were operating in a small studio-sized space where packaging and distribution were also carried out. They will not refund, provide help or sort out the issues that they have caused. This is a very dangerous practice and should be against the law. They were fantastic in their communication and resolving the matter by organising a replacement for me. ! One of my favorite online stores selling amazing, Quality Nordic Design pieces.
